Currently thinking about which offer to move forward with and would love some insight from the community. I care about culture but also maximizing exit opportunities in the future.
Offer 1: Commercial Banking at a BB
Offer 2: Loan Capital Markets at a large balance sheet bank
I would say that the BB has better culture and job stability while offer two has slightly better pay
