Offer Help - Insight on culture and hours/salary?

Jefferies or Evercore summer analyst? Both are NYC.

I'm looking for insight moreso on culture, hours/salary, but anything would be great. I know Jefferies is more MM than Evercore. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

As far as prestige and exit opportunities, hands down you should go with Evercore. Both firms are fantastic, so congratulations on receiving the offers! I'd suggest that if you want to retain a bit of your sanity, maybe you should angle towards Jefferies -- I would imagine it is a little more "work hard, play hard" than the other. Still, if it was my life I wouldn't hesitate to bite the bullet for a few years and sign on with Evercore.

Might I suggest asking HR at both spots for a few names you can talk to? I'm sure they will be more than happy to hear you out, and you might find that you align closer to one or the other (try to go with the best fit unless one seems clearly like more of a career game-changer).
