Offer Rates & Signing Bonus Summer 2021
Internships end today at a few banks (Credit Suisse, Evercore, Jefferies) so wanted to get a thread started. Will update today when I get my group's return stats.

Only 5 SANs, that’s lower than any of the solid BBs or boutiques.
That is lower but that was because the group was pretty conservative when recruiting last year. we recruited a total of 8 analysts for FT 2021 and a total of 10 summer analysts for SA 2022.
Jefferies looking very good in terms of return rates. Don’t have the total numbers yet but everyone seems to have gotten offers. Offer letter out Monday.
Agreed - pretty sure most of the groups are probably looking to hire more. My group is literally turning Business down because we don’t have capacity. Expect an updated base figure on the offer letter.
bump - what were the offer rates at CS/Evercore like?
near 100% across the board, had to really screw up to not get a return. I know at Evercore some interns got FT PE offers so they might leave.
Curious about return rates in RX groups (EVR / HL / PJT / etc.) now that the storm has passed?
Friend said they’re p much all 100%
Makes sense, those 3 NY classes combined are like half the EVR M&A class.
Do you know how interns are judged in rx? Seems hard to add value in the beginning given the complexity of deals.
Anyone know SVB Leerink offer rates?
bump
not sure probably pretty good cuz they were understanding of Wfh. signing was 10+5.
Anyone know what EBs have said in their offer letter that haven’t announced pay bumps yet? (PJT/CVP/Laz/PWP)
Laz announced bumps, heard that signing bonus was 10K + 5K for early acceptance
Any idea on associate bumps? Considering pursuing a lateral
Piper Sandler. Associate: 50k signing, 175k base. Rates look high.
