Once and for all: Are Hirevues auto?
Just got gs and rj hirevues for SA27.
Do you guys think hirevues are auto or no? The subject lines both say interview, but not sure if everyone gets it or if they select applicants.
Pretty much, the only people who don't get them are the ones who literally don't meet the application requirements, so if the application says "Must graduate by X date" and you don't, then you probably won't get a hirevue.
Depends on the firm. For example, GS is somewhat selective while MS sends you the link immediately after an application. In any case, its a quick way to filter out the majority of applicants who haven’t networked or have no clue what they’re talking about.
