Only junior as FT analyst in satellite office

So I'm a the only FT analyst in an east coast EB satellite office, new hire, won't get more specific than that in a T1/T2 east coast city. There's 2/3 seniors and me. Tiny office. I clearly don't know enough to carry my own weight, but I'm trying hard to pick up skills. Any suggestions for what to do? I try to listen a lot and not talk too much since but let my personality through where appropriate, but they're so busy all the time. Any tips for how to manage and grow? It's unique but it's a difficult dynamic relative to one of the other big offices at the firm where you have entire bull pens.

Don’t be afraid to get on a zoom with the associate/ senior analysts in other offices. I was in a bigger office but during Covid so was staffed with other people in different offices and my first few deals I learned pretty much everything virtually. You have to be a bit more intentional (setting up a call vs just walking over to someone) but it can be super helpful to chat through a model or whatever with screen share.

Also ask the seniors about visiting another office with semi-regularity. Had a friend at a small office of a big firm and he was able to expense his hotel rooms on a few different deals to go work out of a big office for M-Thurs a couple times a year.
