Opinion on CLSA corporate finance
Not sure if anyone have came across CLSA before, they are known mostly from their research business but as per their main website they also have ECM/M&A capabilities. Looks like they were acquired by CITIC securities (large Chinese IB), was wondering if anyone have any insights on them?
