It's not comparable to any bank. It's basically fake consulting. I honestly don't know what the hell these people do beyond SAP integration and business valuation (which is a real function). I see their resumes all the time. They're saturated with ambiguous fluff. In terms of exit opps, I can't really say. In terms of marketable skills, it looks like it provides a good opportunity to build strong Excel skills.

I can't really comment further since no one in that function has ever really been able to describe what it is they do in a concrete way (outside of Bval).

CriesGuys,

My girlfriend just got an interview with Deloitte, via cold emails. She met with a Deloitte Consulting partner/manager/director for coffee, who later got her an in-office interview and pre-night.

Problem is, HR said the interview was simply for Deloitte Advisory.

Neither of us have any clue what "Deloitte Advisory" is. Is that enterprise risk? Is it audit? Is it consulting? IB?

Did the interview go through?
