For me it was half&half. Technicals were not hard but you'd better nail them all.
I would stay away from this shop, they hired a girl who was in the college admissions scandal in their latest analyst class. (parents are both now felons) Seems like they have their priorities in recruiting a little messed up.

Majority of second rounds are supposed to be this week. Personally heard back but process different depending on who's reaching out.
