Other positions in finance besides IB

Hey guys, I'm interested in learning more about other positions in finance besides IB. Might sound like a dumb/obvious question to many but I'm not really familiar with other positions outside IB. I know there's quant trading, quant research, S&T. What other positions exist at hedge funds, for example Bridgewater, that one can apply for? Thanks

There are literally one million other finance positions other than IB. Trading, research (quant AND fundamental), risk, programmer if you're a computer science person, tax, accounting, audit, and on and on. The typical "high finance" jobs are IB, S&T, and ER.

Also, I think you're confused about something because you can't apply to be an investment banker at a hedge fund.. you apply to be an investment banker at an investment bank. The hierarchy for hedge funds is: Associate, Analyst (the two are often switched)....... all the way up to Portfolio Manager.
