Palmar Hyperhidrosis (Sweaty Hands) in IB

Curious if there are any guys who somehow made it into IB with excessive hand sweating (palmar hyperhidrosis) (either from analyst position from undergrad or from associate from MBA). How have you managed recruiting (coffee chats, interviews, superdays) and day-to-day at the job (greeting team members, client interactions, etc.)?

I have super sweaty hands, currently working in management consulting, going to business school in August. My career success in consulting was possible DESPITE the sweaty hands (it is a major friction in client interactions). But I understand that in an extremely competitive MBA IB recruiting process, sweaty hands on their own can be a critical negative factor.

I have started doing botox injections, but it is very costly, painful and it might be hard to time for all important events (full effect comes in about 1 month, then it only lasts for 2-3 months, and then hands start sweating more and more)
