Small bank but a leader in the RIA space. Look at the number of deals they've done in recent years, and keep in mind its 10 people. Excellent bank but true boutique (small deals, lean teams). The lead MD there is excellent.

Yes to interns. A little less than street but hours are as well. In a great year though, you can do really well.
