PE Internship into BB IBD? Seeking advice
Hey all,
I need some advice regarding what steps I should take for full-time recruiting. I am currently interning as a summer analyst at a middle market private equity firm, but want to look at possible FT positions in the IBD of MM or BB banks.
Here are some details about me:
GPA: 3.3 (this is shit, I realize, first-gen student)
School: Top 5 Public (think UMich, UCLA, UNC, UT)
Experience: PE SA [Currently working on two Post-LOI transactions, strong potential to close according to VP's and MD's, getting tons of technical exposure), PE-Advisor Fall Intern, strong extra-curricular involvement (Treasurer at Greek organization)
What do
