One time my interviewer was late for a phone interviewer -- so after 20 minutes i called my HR contact, she took care of it, and the guy called me
he simply forgot about it...
He called about 20 minutes late after I sent HR an email. He apologized and said he simply punched in the wrong time on his BB since were in diff time zones.

It actually went really well, just a basic fit first round interview, walk me through resume, strengths, deal experience as SA, etc. etc. At the end he told me you seem to know what the job is all about and have the qualifications so HR will be in touch regarding the next steps so I'm hoping thats an informal invite to superday.
