Idk if this is a little late; it was 95% behavioral. Only one interview had technical questions, and even then, it was only half of it.
Edit: I forgot they also did a surprise "strategic case" at the end of the interview because of zoom. It was just looking at a few slides of info about a company you were selling and coming back with 5-10 quantitative and 5-10 qualitative questions you would ask the company.
Interview is later this week so your response is actually just in time. Was it mostly "tell me a time a,b,c..." and "what is your biggest x,y,z..." type behavioral questions? Good to know there may be a surprise strategic case coming at the end
It was mostly tell me why Piper Sandler/office location/industry. Also asked about my background and had a casual conversation. I didn’t have a single “tell me about a time where you showed xyz trait” sort of question.

Guess I got dinged
I think it depends on the office. I have my Superday this Friday (3/8).
Didn’t even get first round
What was the process like? Mix between technicals vs. behaviorals/fit?

How did you apply? I haven't seen any specific First Year Analyst openings on their careers page.
I don't really have relevant IB experience so wondering if there is a chance.
