I received an email a week ago from a VP asking to schedule a call. They didn't call it an interview but it def was one. was wondering if others had this and if there is an update with first rounds. not sure if i should just move on

Initial VP email is sort of a screener, then you move on to a r1 and r2 and offer comes if you do well there for some groups.
