Piper Sandler Sponsorship (Incoming SA)

Wondering if anyone as any insights on whether piper sponsors - is it a strict no or maybe case-by-case?

In EB-5 process and should have citizenship status so won't require sponsorship by full-time. But I did see somewhere that said they don't even accept CPT for summer internships? Seeking clarification.

Would really appreciate any insights.
