Piper consumer in SF is indeed pretty solid. Worked with them on several transactions and they were quite resourceful - have seen analysts there jumping into solid funds in the region as well.
Is the Mizuho offer from a super day this week/last week? How long did it take for you to hear back afterward?
Agree with Piper. I had an offer from Piper SF Biopharma and they were some of the nicest people at all of the banks I interviewed at.
