PJT M&A Perks/Comp
What are some of the perks for an analyst in PJTM&A? Any protected weekends/dinner stipends, merch? also, what does all in comp look like for A1?
I will be starting as an Analyst soon, so curious to know. Thanks!

Career Resources
From my post a few months ago, it looks like it's 210-220K (Source: https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forum/investment-banking/pjt-comp-1)
Do they have any office perks like chefs, baristas, etc. Do they give you a laptop and phone
The perks you listed altogether are prob worth ~5k on the high side
If you're an associate there you'll prob be breaking 350k+ so I suppose the best perk is cash
2nd year at PJT M&A. All-in as a 1st year was $220k-$250K including signing bonus. Perks are really good, especially the office. Only downside is there are no A2A promotion opportunities. You have to leave after 2 years.
What kind of perks?
Do you know why they are not offering A2A promotion opportunities?
Can anyone confirm that there are no A2A promotions? I've never heard that before. So all their associates are laterals then? This doesn't check out to me
Don’t know about M&A, but a buddy in Park Hill has gone on some insane week long fully paid trips
it's pretty standard
tough to say on comp - all-in comp has been going down since they're getting stingy on bonuses recently. some recently-departed second-years saw a decrease in YoY comp lol. expect average comp in line with GS top bucket, JPM top bucket, Guggenheim, etc. but generally lower than EVR, CVP, PWP, even Moelis
Lower than evercore?? They were paying shit this year
Lol they’re not getting stingy, junior comp is still top of the street bar CVP/ Q. This past analyst bonus cycle they decided to increase the bands I.e previously top and bottom tier analysts were getting paid within close range of each other, now they’ve reduced comp for the middling/ bottom and awarded the balance to the top half. Some An2 were checking out beyond an acceptable level
what kind of vest we talking?
Another lesser known perk - the Park Hill Group is absolutely packed with attractive women...like I'm talking half of these women are NYC 7s and above
