I have an interview next week for PJT Park Hill's Real Estate Summer Analyst program. Does anyone have any insight into the technical questions to expect/prepare for? I want to go in as prepped as possible but have been mostly doing standard IB prep throughout the summer, so not sure how the technicals are going to differ.

Do you know real estate modeling?
Yeah I do, but I've heard that this position isn't a REPE position so idk if there is much modeling. What would you recommend I study and prepare for?
PJT Park Hill is a placement agent iirc. I know the IR team deals heavily with PJT Park Hill group. I have some exposure, but if you know RE modeling, then you should have enough knowledge for an interview.
