PJT RSSG vs GS vs MS Menlo vs EVR RX vs HL RX vs BofA vs JPM vs Qatalyst vs KKR Menlo vs BX Credit vs Bain Credit vs UBS TMT vs Barclays LevFin vs FT Partners

Target HYPSWMCD fortunate enough to have received 7 of the above offers for 2024 SA, which one is the best when focusing purely on comp/exits/culture/experience/internal mobility/staying long-term/hours?

I would probably drop EVR RX down to tier 2 and bump BX Credit up to tier 1, but this actually looks pretty good to me

What? BX credit itself is incredibly mid and only sounds nice cause it's under BX

Menlo is T1, feeder into top tech privates like SLP/IVP. EVR RX is absolutely T1, has sent summers to SL/BX PE and FTs to APO PE (2 annually)/Dragoneer

GS is tier 1 alongside PJT RSSG if it's FIG/TMT

Is Bain Credit that good? Looking at LinkedIn profiles of incoming SA, they're all super impressive, but I didn't realize it was considered up there with EBs/BB

There is some really bad advice on this forum. This is what you should do:

- want to leave finance: take GS

- want to do tech: take Qatalyst

- want to do credit/distressed: take PJT RSSG

- want to do PE: take Bain
