Question basically says it all. Trying to understand the JPM culture. If interview question is why JPM and why do you think it is unique? Then what would be a good answer? How is it different from the culture of GS/MS for example.

You have to talk to employees so you can cite that as a source in an interview.
Truth is JP Morgan's culture as a whole is not materially different from any other BB, but if you can get 3-4 talking points and say you got them from employees that's a good enough answer.

The most important thing people are not mentioning nor the OP, is what team are you talking about? Culture is not so much firm dependant as it is team dependant. The best way to find the culture of individual teams is to network with folks in those individual teams.
