Possibility of Jumping from BB to EB

Hi everyone, I would love to gain some insights on how feasible would it be for an BB associate to jump to the EB side? Not sure if a specific bank would change anything, but I'm currently at GS/MS/JPM. Based on the data points, it looks like the total comp starts to differentiate substantially starting from the mid-Asso level between BB and EB; therefore, I'm starting to think about this pivot. Would appreciate any recommendations/insights.
