Post-banking thoughts

For those who left banking after 2 years and determined the lifestyle/work wasn’t for them, where did you exit to? (Assuming not PE).

As my title says, I’m a 1st year who’s starting to realize that this role isn’t for me. I could also just be in my analyst years and not enjoying the average analyst responsibilities, but I genuinely do not enjoy work nor the constant, looming stress. I was always interested in finance / markets, but have realized that I may not be a fit for this industry. What other exits are there that still pay exceptionally well but did not take up 80 hours and amount to a lot of stress?
