Does it mean anything when your interviewers don’t answer your email sent after Super Day? Do you usually get a response followed by offer or not necessarily? Talking about NYC IBD BB specifically

What about first round? I just had my first IB first round ever and have yet to hear back after almost 2 weeks. HR woman said she'd get back to me if anything happens but I'm not sure on how long these processes usually take to move onto the next round. Should I reach out to HR again or just leave it alone?
spam the HR i had two first rounds for two banks and havent heard back in 3-4 weeks, hr told me i should hear back in the coming weeks but im spamming the hr tommorow
Didn't get a single reply from 3 thank you emails that I sent, got the offer.

Where do you guys get their email addresses to send them thank yous?
Use google, find the company format, and then use the names to send it across.
Any harm in sending a thank you email after morning super day hours later vs within an hour?
I would usually try and send it as soon as possible. Many teams meet right after the superday concludes, so you want to get it in before the meeting. I, for example, got my offer less than 3 hours after my last interview.
Too late:(. They said I will hear back in 3 days, so I sent it towards the end if the day

Echoing what everyone else has said in this thread already. Kept getting replies to my thank you emails but dinged anyway. Then the one bank that didn't have anyone reply to my thank you email ended up calling me two hours later with an offer
haha, exactly same situation mate. Not one reply through my process at a bank where I got an offer. Does the bank where you got the offer have a reputation of working their people a lot? Cuz that's what the bank that gave me the offer's reputation is.
I would say no more than most investment banks, maybe even a little better. Now I did get an email after my first round from one of the interviewers basically wishing me luck during the Super Day. This was before we were officially notified, so that was nice
Writing thank you notes after interviews is practically a requirement in my opinion and they completely expect it-- the more cynical ones will ignore it for that reason but nicer guys who you hit it off with in the interview process are likely to respond.
What would you say if a Superday was early morning followed by thank you note in late afternoon? They said superday decision in 3 days but did not respond to thank you note. Thoughts?
