Incoming SA at an EB in NYC.
I smoke casually with friends from time to time, and my offer letter mentioned a pre-employment drug screen. I can definitely take a t-break if needed, but I read it's now illegal to screen for marijuana/THC in NYC.
Any truth to this (i.e. will my offer get rescinded if it shows up in my sample)?

Have they done deals with cannabis companies? If so I would think that it’s unlikely they’ll flag you for THC.
