Hi everyone - I have a question on whether or not I’m able to markup private placement securities I own.
Example: I acquires 100,000 shares of Company A private shares @ $50. Another firm wants to buy the shares for $75/share. Please note these are US securities.
Is my firm able to collect the 50% markup?
Purely hypothetical - Just curious.
