Proactive Things to do on REIB Desk.

Hi all,

I've recently moved to a REIB desk  - it has some appalling marketing/processes and the other analysts are lazy.

Looking to stand out (Senior Analyst/Associate)  and was wondering if anyone could share things they have done across the desk to   help make  the desk more efficient or stand-out.

When I was on the bonds desk I created scripts to track bond movements/cash positions across our portfolios that pinged a note to the team via email  - this was really well-received. struggling to think of things to do on the Corp Finance desk.

I've a real opportunity to  do whatever to help.
