Project Finance Model
Hi WSO,
I recently worked on a energy IB project finance model for a modeling interview test, but I made some serious mistakes and completely screwed it up. So I didn't make it to the next round. I want to get better and learn from this.
Can anyone help me out by either building the model or showing me where I went wrong? It would be great if someone could make a correct version and walk me through it so I can compare it with mine.
Shoot me a PM I can try and help
as a clarification. Would someone be able to solve it for me? I am struggling with debt sizing. I was able to calculate CFADS, over a time period, and they provided the DSCR limit, but I was unable to calculate the debt amount.
PM
Could you use a macro?
Would you mind sharing what study materials to use? I have Wall Street Prep courses, not sure if it is good or cover enough depth. Appreciate it if you have any recommendations!
Check out Ed Bodmer’s website. You can grab all his materials from his google drive if you fire over an email to him. He posts YouTube videos with model walkthroughs. Super comprehensive. So, look for pdf textbooks like Project Finance in theory and practice or other books you can find for free online. Also the blog entries on Mazars are a good resource.
happy to help if you still haven't had someone see it
Happy to lend a hand, feel free to pm
