Hello,
What kind of topics might be covered in a 3 hour project modeling test? Most modeling tests I've seen are 1 hour, so am quite curious. I assume that the ask will be to build out cash flow statement, including CFADS, and use DSCR's to drive debt sizing. Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated.
