Project Finance Salary/Bonus thread
Was curious to see how others in the PF pond fared in terms of pay depending on the factors below.
Bank: French Bank
Region: Non-US
Advisory/Lending: Predominantly lending - advisory here and there.
Role: An1
Base: $100k
Bonus: Expecting at least 30%
Any data points are welcome.

Hey, are you in Europe?
Curious how PF teams will fare this year especially with most teams exceeding last year's budget. Last year I saw record bonus numbers across the board including the Japanese banks.

Bump - anyone got updates?
Just promoted, so salary based on final year analyst
Same as above, except Japanese bank (known for below market base)
Similar split to lending / advisory
c. $85kbase
70% bonus
Assuming this isn’t US?
1st yr. 80 + 25% max
Would prefer if you just said insurance firm.
I don’t think even prudential pays this low anymore
