"Psycho Eyes" in IB
Hey lads, I've noticed lately that a significant amount of senior investment bankers have "psycho eyes" on their LinkedIn profile pictures. Look up "vice-president" (for example) of any BB/EB and you'll notice a good amount of folks with such eyes. Unfortunately, the stereotype holds true with my experience meeting people with those eyes, as they are a bit erratic, anti-social, and whatnot. Not saying it for everyone; there are def some that are kind and genuine. But I couldn't ignore this pattern in the industry. Has anyone else noticed it? For reference, these are the eyes I'm talking about (these are what I found on Google when I type "psycho eyes"):

Yup. It's those dead eyes that narcissists/psychos have that they can't hide. If the seniors on your team have those paired with no smile in their photo, you're gonna have a bad time.
