Pushing FT Start Date to Graduate Late

About to intern at a BB this upcoming summer and am very excited about the opportunity. However, when looking closer at course planning, I recently realized I need to take 7-8 courses each semester my senior year to graduate on time. Wondering if after I hopefully receive a return offer, if there is any room for negotiation and starting Jan 2027 instead of summer 2026. I can take summer courses after my senior year and graduate in August 2026, but not sure if that makes much of a difference. Thanks so much for your help.

Hey OP here- I honestly just ended up sucking it up and taking a credit increase and taking 8 classes in the fall and 6 classes right now so never ended up asking HR or anything like that
