Have heard very good things about their culture from friends. quite a few people stay A2A because of pay and culture.

Have also seen people switching from other BBs (like JPM, GS, MS…) and other top boutiques to pwp so they can’t be too bad lol

Not 100% sure since I don’t work there but I’ve heard they do both mid and large cap deals. I’d assume deal flow is good tho.

Imo definitely a bank to consider for joining

Seen some commendable exits from their juniors.

Recently hiring very aggressively across all levels and sectors.

Definitely paying very well at all levels to attract talent. From what I know its 70k for an1 and 120k for aso1 in London, with up to 130% bonuses last year.

Overall seems like a pretty decent place to be.
