Question about offer
Unsure how to update my experience in my user handle, but I have 3 years sell side M&A experience with LMM, then 5 years pe backed corpdev
Received an offer from LMM to come in as aso2. No signing bonus. $5k relo. December is their year end and they say eoy bonus would be prorated based on time etc
Do you feel this is market? Relo seems low and thought theres usually a signing bonus, which would get subtracted out to eoy bonus calc. What other questions should I be asking and expecting especially around this year bonus / when promoted to vp etc?
