I'm sorry but as a minority this post actually really annoyed me. Being a minority does not give you the right to have a subpar GPA. The minute you start thinking like that you've already lost. Sack up and study like everyone else.
agreed - the looking for shortcuts mentality will not serve you well in this job. being a minority might get you more looks from HR but when you're sitting in front of an MD, he isn't thinking 'well, this guy isn't as competent as the other guy, but the other guy is caucasian so lets go with the minority'
