Going to have an IB SA role in NYC and wondering what questions I should be asking the interns from Summer 2024.
Here are some I was thinking:
How many hours did you work on a weekly / daily basis?
What was your living situation and what do you suggest?
Did you get any benefits like stipends or ubers?
What skills are most important?
Is there anything I should study up or get better at?
What helped you get a return offer?
