Ranking Financial Technology Partners
Looking at the IB reviews report I saw a lot of high rankings for Financial Technology Partners. I often don't hear about them on WSO for being well ranked in these areas and was wondering what about the firm was/is so great for those who have worked there in any capacity.
You can find what I'm referencing under "Investment Banking Company Statistics - As of March, 2023" where FT Partners is listed in the top three for professional growth, career advancement, compensation, best teamwork, best leadership, and competence.

Have an offer for their new york group and one for baird in chicago. Would it be stupid to accept the FTP offer? I genuinely have no idea how it stacks up for exits but the people seemed really nice. Can someone provide a serious response please?

You will get similar looks from both. If you value culture go to Baird, if you like FinTech go to FTP. Both firms have shit hours, Baird much better culture. Comp is similar maybe FTP higher cuz of the base. Exits will be mostly MMPE
