Ranking Financial Technology Partners

Looking at the IB reviews report I saw a lot of high rankings for Financial Technology Partners. I often don't hear about them on WSO for being well ranked in these areas and was wondering what about the firm was/is so great for those who have worked there in any capacity.

You can find what I'm referencing under "Investment Banking Company Statistics - As of March, 2023" where FT Partners is listed in the top three for professional growth, career advancement, compensation, best teamwork, best leadership, and competence.

I’d rank FTP slightly above working for Chipotle but below Sweet Green. See the FTP is paradise thread. Next question.
