Raymond James Diversity Fast Track Program
Just heard back from this program thats at end of july and got an interview (after completing the video submissions in December), anyone else get an email too?
Any tips on this interview? Its only 15min long so I assume its not technical.
I am under the impression it should be mostly behavioural and some technical about general finance knowledge. I would recommend exploring their services and knowing which division interests you the most. I am very interested in fixed income, so I will make sure to highlight that during my interview this coming Monday.

hi i also got the email for a phone screening. it's my first phone screening for a banking program, anything I should expect? It's only 15 min.
I also got an interview for the gender event and I suspect it will mostly be behavioral questions. I think they sent out an email on how to prepare and the things that will be covered in the interview.
