It may vary depending on being at a target for them or not, but I had two phone screens and a virtual first round before superday last year.
I've heard two phone screens then superday.
I go to target and it was a first round phone screen and then superday was 3 virtual interviews/phonescreens.
How long did it take to hear back after your first round?
