i got first round that i thought went well on tuesday and haven't heard back about SD yesterday.
First round feedback is due today so won't see any non-target SD invites until next week :)
Heard they are done with interviews or starting another wave of non targets
I could be wrong but I think almost everyone who has an offer rn for IB was in RBC’s Early ID program (Black/Latino, women, LGBTQ). Not sure about other non-IB divisions though

This is not true. Both DEI and target recruiting have sent offers. Non target Superdays start next week.
this is just not true my interviewer literally got back from a target last tuesday
Non target - networked with a lot of people, my connection said they are done w interviews next week
2 females and 1 white male (to indicate Non DEI) at my non target have announced their offers on linkedin about 1 week ago
Just got an offer! 1st round was exactly a week ago 2/11, got a call for SD 2/16, did my SD and got a call 2 hours later! BG: non target
