When do SA2022 RBC first-rounds start for non-diversity targets? I know diversity processes are earlier and kicking off this month, but will non-diversity also start in Feb?

Yea dude. You’re good. Interviews don’t start up until at least late March-April. Everyone’s jumping the gun a ton. For context, there diversity day app deadline is mid March and takes place in April

Just received a first round today for RBC LA IB. Interviews for first round are happening this week until next thursday
