Likely getting offer at all 4 firms as a lateral, coming from a solid MM. what is A2 / A3 / Associate pay at the following firm?

BOA->WF->RBC->SOCGEN, if you final goal is to lateral to GS/MS, they like ppl who have worked in American banks abit more
RBC > WF ** by a mile in terms of actual deal metrics.
I think you are really splitting hairs. WF is definitely a solid MM player where RBC floats between upper MM and lower BB mark.
BofA shouldn’t even be on this list compared to those other firms. Disrespectful
I mean, neither should SocGen (but for the opposite reason)
BofA is for DCM and every other firm listed is for coverage. I just want to know which one pays more, because I'm lateraling as a 2nd / 3rd year analyst and looking at a A2A promotion. Idc about deal flow and prestige, I just want higher pay. If no deal flow but good pay, that's even better. LOL
If you value pay > prestige, it’s SocGen by a mile (on a $/hr basis). Besides LevFin, no one in IB there works past 8, and pay is street
I know some people there who are done by 6-7 PM. Don’t know their associate comp, but their hours are amazing
finally someone gets it
