RBC vs Wells Fargo vs Stifel

Considering SA opportunities at Wells Fargo Securities, RBC Capital Markets, and Stifel for IBD in the US. Saw a few similar old posts, but it seems like all 3 banks have grown quite a bit in the past few years. Any current insights in terms of culture, dealflow, exit opps, etc.? Thanks!

All three are generalist offers. RBC and Stifel are for NY while Wells Fargo is not office-specific (get placed into either NYC, Charlotte, or San Francisco during the sell day in January if I accept). I honestly liked all the people I met at all three banks and don't lean particularly strongly towards any bank culture-wise, so it seems like the make or break point for me will be dealflow and exit opps (specifically MM PE and corp dev).
