Eastdil Secured is the best RE IB on the street. Spun off from WF a couple years ago
For BBs, BoA is excellent, followed by GS, JPM, and MS. All of the others have decent deal flow coming in at least the top 20 on league tables (except UBS).
For boutiques, Eastdil is the best, with standard names like LAZ/EVR/MOE all in the top 15.
