Re-recruiting from an EB for FT — Insights/advice?
For context, I am a sophomore at a target school that just signed an offer for a SA 2026 role at an EB. However, I will be interning in an okay group (not M&A) and I plan on re-recruiting into a M&A/coverage group (I want better exits) at a different bank for FT.
Does anyone have any insights/advice regarding FT recruiting? I would love to hear more about finding openings, when to start networking, timelines, interview questions, or anything else that's important to know.
