Anybody knows a good time to reach out to Perella analysts? So far I've had no luck. Help me out boys!!

People can be busy. Send follow up emails after 1-2 weeks if no responses.

bump i have had a 0 response rate from pwp over a while even after reaching out again and again - maybe my email format is horrible
Analysts don’t care since Dartmouth screens first round candidates which is why the recruiting at PWP sucks. Terrible recruiting design by management.
That sucks to hear. So trying to get a referral is basically a waste of time for PWP?
Think there's some slight misinfo about Dartmouth's role in interviews. While Dartmouth does conduct first rounds, actual bankers in charge of the process decide who moves on based on a number of factors-including first round notes, but also referrals, resume ect. But yeah, it is very unfortunate first rounds aren't conducted by actual members of the firm.

Yes, that’s a very good sign. Means what it says, you have a referral and HR will take a special look. Don’t believe it’s at all a guarantee of a first round, but from what we’re told it significantly raises the chances.
I have one from PWP. Director level. not sure if level matters but i got an email about my referral too. don’t think i got their sophomore program tho, hope i’m still in referal file for 2024
