I had an interview this morning
At the end of the interview, the interviewer said,
"It's nice talking with you and hopefully you are not too sold on returning to _____ (where I worked last summer) and would consider us"
Is this standard or does it mean something?

It's standard...don't read that much into it. It is a better sign though than just "good luck" so you should be positive but realistic.
