It depends, but it’s usually DCF/NAV valuation at the company (REIT) level for Both. Are you moving from EB to BB?
BB to EB for both. Why?
Got it, then yes it should be similar modeling/valuation as BBs for the most part at an EB. Have heard some LMM/MM shops that work on a few asset level deals, but it’s pretty rare at most EBs. Best of luck on your process
