Regional boutiques and Industry-specific boutiques
Wondering what the SA recruiting process is like at regional boutiques and Industry-specific boutiques in NYC. Is it too early to start networking and when do interviews start? Coming from a non-target.

Is this for SA 2022?
Yes
As for TMT boutiques believe Raine is finished, and LionTree and Qatalyst are currently finishing up / in the process. Also have heard that Allen & Co is year round.
You know anything about non TMT shops and I’m referring to banks that are less well known than the ones you mentioned
I'm guessing the process is not standardized at regional firms, in terms of Industry Specifics there are a few more IB players, mainly in Healthcare, and also IB/Consulting hybrid firms, as well as Merchant Banks that focus on a sector as well. Curious why you're targeting these firms vs. traditional firms / what you're looking for?
I’m from a non target small private school and I’m looking to get into pretty much anywhere I can to get some deal experience. I’m a rising senior but due to COVID I can push my gradation back a semester to recruit for 2022 SA, since i don’t have any banking experience.
Incentrum is a healthcare/tech boutique merchant bank in NYC.
