REIB questions...

Was just wondering, is it possible to interview for REIB for junior SA?

Can anyone speak for their experiences recruiting for it (in terms of interviews, technical skills).

What banks are rated the best for REIB?

Is it possible to recruit for a junior SA for this group at these banks?

If so what’s the best way to prep?

I work in REIB (ECM).

Interviewing: technicals nothing extreme we don’t expect you to know anything in-depth. Main things are having a good reason why you want to work in REIB (and don’t say it’s because you want to do REPE). Know what a REIT is, and the high level valuation approach to them (NAV).

Rankings: this doesn’t make any difference and students should stop caring about this so much, unless you have multiple offers just take the offer you get.
